Do they ever?
Oh my, if that job of tidying up the lawn could be left to someone else that would be awesome.
It should be that the act of leaf sweeping, applied gently with zen like calm is one of the most tried and tested routes to enlightenment.
I mean if Helen the Doorwoman can be a sweeper of leaves, then any of us can do it until we actually do it. Then, the calm we expect to find is worse than elusive, it is so far away that not even the cat can touch it. The longer we sweep the worse it gets.
Before long the blower is out and more greenhouse gases are added to the atmosphere for no reason beyond our vanity.
