There is greatness in a pose

I love yoga.

It is the best form of exercise there is for the average Joe (and Jill).

Just 20 minutes a day is enough to give you strength and flexibility for a lifetime.

I wish I had found it earlier in my sedentary life.

That said, only the real crazies get themselves into salamba shirshasana, those with enough upper back and core strength to lift a horse.
